Redmi Smart Band
The Redmi Smart Band appears somewhat similar to the Redmi Band that was launched in China earlier this year. It comes with up to 5ATM (50 meters) of water resistance. Towards the front, the band features a 1.08-inch color display (LCD) that offers a 128×220 pixels screen resolution, with up to 200 nits of brightness and 2D tempered glass on top. The Redmi Smart Band comes in four colorways: Blue, Black, Green, and Orange. For connectivity, the Smart Band relies on Bluetooth 5.0 LE and can connect to both Android and iOS devices. And can, therefore, be used to get notifications from the device and perform a range of monitoring and tracking functionalities. For instance, it allows 24/7 continuous heart-rate monitoring and five different sports modes, which include outdoor running, exercise, cycling, treadmill, and fast walking. Furthermore, it also provides sedentary reminders and can be used to track fitness activities along with sleep.
In terms of battery life, the Redmi Smart Band comes with a 130mAh battery, which as per the company claims, offers up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge. To charge the device, the band includes a built-in charging port that can be plugged into a USB Type-A port.
